Terms

These Terms apply to all users of the site, including without limitation users who are browsers, vendors, customers, merchants, and/ or contributors of content.

Please read these Terms carefully before accessing or using our website. By accessing or using any part of the site, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to all the terms and conditions of this agreement, then you may not access the website or use any services.

Bookings

To make a booking online, please use the Opentable widget on the reservations page. Online reservations cannot be made with less than 30 minutes notice. We also take reservations by phone on 020 7240 4222 or by email at reservations@christophersgrill.com

For last minute reservations, we recommend calling us directly.

For parties of six or more guests, please call or email us. We do not take reservations for parties larger than six online.

Deposits
Deposits are required for specific dates, including Thanksgiving and New Year’s Eve, for large parties during December and for private dining. Deposits are non-refundable.
Cancellations

If you need to cancel a reservation, please let us know ASAP. Cancellations can be made via your account on Opentable, by phone or by email. Late cancellations or no-shows will be charged a cancellation fee.

Allergies

Please inform us of any known allergies within your party at the time of booking and upon arrival. A menu detailing allergens is available upon request. It is with regret that we cannot guarantee that our food/drinks will be free of any traces of allergens, including peanuts.

Gift cards

Gift cards can be purchased by via our website or in house. After submitting a gift card request, a member of the management team will call and take a payment over the phone. On receipt of payment, the gift card will be emailed to either the purchaser or the recipient. All gift cards must be used within a year of purchase.
